Built on a commitment to exceptional service, deep expertise, and genuine partnerships, what started as a two-person team in the UK has grown into a thriving global business of more than 160 talented individuals, supporting organisations across multiple continents.
As we celebrate our fifth anniversary this October, we're taking a moment to reflect on the journey so far, the milestones we've achieved together, and the people who have made it all possible.
From Start-Up to Global Presence
When Xperate was founded, entrepreneurship, ambition and client care sat firmly at the heart of the business. Five years later, those values remain unchanged, even as our scale and reach have transformed dramatically.
From a founding team of just two people in the UK, we have grown to become a global technology and services provider with operations spanning the UK and Europe, North America, India and the Asia-Pacific.
One of our most significant milestones was the opening of our Pune office, which has since expanded to become home to more than 100 highly skilled developers, consultants and support specialists. The office continues to play a pivotal role in our delivery capabilities and in 2025 welcomed the opening of the X-Café, creating a vibrant space for colleagues to collaborate, connect and celebrate together.
Our UK team has grown to 26 people, bringing together an outstanding mix of technical expertise, industry knowledge and customer-focused talent.
Expanding Across the World
Our growth story extends far beyond the UK.
Over the past five years, we've successfully expanded into North America under the leadership of Anand Ablack, establishing Xperate's presence in one of the world's largest and most competitive technology markets.
Later, we launched our APAC operation, led by Donna Broadley and supported by an exceptional all-female team. The expansion marks another exciting chapter in our journey and reflects our commitment to bringing Xperate's expertise and unique approach to new markets around the globe.
Making Our Mark in the Industry
As our business has grown, so too has our presence within the industries we serve.
Over the years, Xperate has become a familiar face at many of the legal sector's most influential conferences and events. What began with attending industry gatherings to learn, network and build relationships has evolved into something much bigger.
Today, we are investing in some of the industry's most prestigious events, exhibiting alongside major names in legal technology. From taking exhibition space at ILTACON in the United States to exhibiting at ALPMA Summit in Sydney, Australia, Xperate is now firmly established on the global legal technology stage.
In the UK, we continue to proudly support the legal community as Headline Sponsor of the LawNet Annual Conference, one of the UK's flagship events for ambitious and forward-thinking law firms.
