As Xperate continues to scale, strengthening our senior leadership team across delivery and operations remains a core focus. We recently made two senior promotions to our Pune Management team that reflect our commitment to outstanding delivery, strong governance and sustainable growth.

Senior leadership promotions

Nikhil Polawar has been promoted to Service Delivery Manager, reflecting his central role in shaping how Xperate delivers for our clients.

In this new position, Nikhil is responsible for end-to-end service delivery, overseeing governance, risk management, and change control across complex projects. His appointment demonstrates a leadership role he has already been performing in practice for some time. By working closely with both clients and offshore teams, Nikhil helps translate technical capability into reliable, high-quality outcomes for our clients across the world.

Sayalee Pawar has been successfully driving our growth as Talent Acquisition & HR Manager for a couple of years and has now been promoted to General Manager.

Sayalee’s new role involves managing all non-technical operations across people, finance support, recruitment and office management, playing a key role in creating a stable, well-governed operating environment. Her focus on wellbeing, compliance and financial discipline supports sustainable growth while ensuring teams are supported, engaged and aligned with the wider business. This role is critical in maintaining operational resilience as Xperate continues to expand.

Together, these promotions represent a deliberate investment in leadership at the heart of Xperate’s operations. They strengthen the foundations of the business and reinforce Xperate’s commitment to disciplined execution, strong governance and consistent client outcomes.

Bharat Gidde, Xperate CTO, commented:

“These promotions recognise strong leadership, technical depth and a genuine commitment to quality. As our work becomes more complex, having experienced people stepping into senior roles is essential to maintaining the standards our clients expect.”
