Xperate is delighted to announce that it has been named Employer of the Year (Over 50 Employees) at the prestigious South Coast Tech & Innovation Awards.
Hosted at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton and sponsored by Spectrum IT, the awards brought together some of the region's most innovative technology businesses, ambitious growth companies and forward-thinking leaders. Being recognised among such a strong field of finalists was an honour. Taking home the award made it an unforgettable evening for the Xperate team.
The award comes at a particularly significant time for the business, arriving just a week after Xperate celebrated its fifth birthday.
Founded in 2021 by co-founders Simon Hill and Mark Garnish, Xperate has grown from an ambitious vision into a thriving technology consultancy and software development business, supporting organisations with legal technology, digital transformation and bespoke software solutions. Throughout that growth, one principle has remained unchanged: people come first.
Receiving the Employer of the Year award reflects the culture the business has worked hard to create over the last five years, one built on trust, opportunity, collaboration and shared success.

While the co-founders have enjoyed award success in previous ventures, this marks Xperate's first major company award and represents an important milestone in the organisation's journey.
The recognition reflects not only the company's continued growth, but also its commitment to creating an environment where talented people can thrive, develop their careers and make a meaningful impact for clients.
