Xperate is proud to announce that we have been named "EMEA Inspired Partner of the Year" at the NetDocuments Partner Day EMEA, held on Tuesday 3 November at Convene 155 Bishopsgate, London.

The annual partner conference brought together leading members of the NetDocuments partner community from across the EMEA region for a packed day of learning, collaboration and insight. Attendees received updates on the latest platform developments, AI capabilities, technical enhancements and opportunities to help law firms maximise the value of their NetDocuments investment.

The day concluded with a series of partner awards recognising outstanding achievement across the NetDocuments ecosystem. Xperate was honoured to receive the award for Implementation Partner of the Year, recognising our ability to deliver complex implementations and integrations, particularly in environments where legacy systems, customised applications and intricate technology estates present significant challenges.

Going Beyond Standard Implementations

As more law firms modernise their technology stacks and embrace cloud-based document management, the ability to connect systems seamlessly has never been more important. While many implementations follow established patterns, law firms often operate highly customised environments built up over many years, frequently through mergers, acquisitions and organic growth.

This is where Xperate's expertise stands apart.

With decades of combined experience across legal technology platforms, practice management systems, document management solutions and bespoke software development, Xperate helps firms overcome challenges that standard integrations cannot address. Our team has extensive knowledge of both modern and legacy legal systems, enabling us to design and build tailored integrations that unlock valuable business information and create truly connected technology ecosystems.

Whether integrating NetDocuments with established platforms (such as Partner for Windows (P4W), SOS, Liberate, Lawman, ALB, HighQ etc.) bespoke applications or other business-critical systems, Xperate enables firms to access and leverage the information held across their technology estate, reducing manual processes, improving productivity and laying stronger foundations for innovation and AI adoption.

Recognition from NetDocuments

AJ Bashorun, Strategic International Partner Manager at NetDocuments, said:

"Xperate is a recognized leader in integration, consistently delivering tailored solutions for complex tech environments. They are a proven choice for law firms navigating legacy systems whether due to intricate technology ecosystems, extensive customization, or growth through acquisition. Their deep understanding of legal technology helps firms maximize the value of their NetDocuments investment."

A Proud Moment for the Team

Mark Garnish, COO and Co-Founder of Xperate, added:

"Receiving this award from NetDocuments is fantastic recognition for our team and the work they deliver every day. While document management platforms continue to evolve at an incredible pace, many law firms still face the challenge of connecting new technology with existing systems that remain critical to their operations.

What makes Xperate different is our ability to bridge that gap. We don't believe firms should have to compromise because of legacy technology. Our consultants, developers and technical specialists have deep expertise across the legal technology landscape, allowing us to build bespoke integrations and solutions that help firms maximise the value of every system they use.

We're incredibly proud to be recognised as Implementation Partner of the Year and look forward to continuing our close collaboration with NetDocuments to help law firms modernise, innovate and prepare for the future."
