Xperate's Pune office recently concluded its annual Campus Recruitment Drive 2026, reaffirming the company's commitment to attracting and nurturing the industry's most promising technical and developer talent.
Conducted on 9 and 10 July 2026, the initiative brought together a dedicated team of 12 Xperate professionals who visited two leading engineering institutions in the Kolhapur region to identify the next generation of innovators and technology professionals.
As part of Xperate's ongoing investment in young talent, the recruitment drive offered final-year students the opportunity to secure internship positions through a fair, structured, and transparent selection process designed to evaluate both technical capability and future potential.

The recruitment journey began with engaging pre-placement talks at both institutions. To maximize reach and engagement, the Xperate team divided into two groups, with each group visiting a different college.
At DKTE's Textile & Engineering Institute, Ichalkaranji, Nilay Deshpande, Operations Director, introduced students to Xperate's vision, values, culture, and growth opportunities, providing valuable insights into life at the company.
Simultaneously, at Sharad Institute of Technology College of Engineering (SIT), Yadrav, Sayalee Pawar, General Manager, shared Xperate's story and highlighted the exciting career pathways available to aspiring engineers and developers who are eager to make an impact in the technology sector.
