Today is a special day for our team in Pune as they celebrate Independence Day. On 15th August 1947, India gained independence from the United Kingdom and this national holiday marks the establishment of a free and independent Indian nation. It also commemorates the sacrifices of many freedom fighters and leaders who struggled for the country's liberation.
The day is celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotism across the country. Our team decided to celebrate by decorating the office with Indian flags and balloons. Food also features throughout the celebrations with many sweets and treats in the national colours.
We wish all of our colleagues in India and very happy and joyful Independence Day.
