Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant at Xperate, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive board. Your role is crucial in ensuring that their time is optimized and that they are able to focus on strategic tasks. You will need to be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Act as a liaison between the executive and employees
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Assist in the preparation of organisational budgets and expenses
- Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries as needed
- Handle confidential documents and information with a high level of discretion
- Provide general administrative support to the executive office
Technical Skills/Qualifications
Core Skills |
Strong organisational and time management skills, high level of written and verbal communication, ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload, work independently and under pressure |
Desirable Skills |
Microsoft office suite, Batchelor's degree in Business Administration or related field |
