Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Document Management System (DMS) Implementation Consultant to support the successful deployment and configuration of DMS solutions for our clients. The consultant will be responsible for the installation, configuration, integration, and optimisation of document management software across various environments, ensuring it meets client requirements and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the delivery of DMS software within client environments
  • Configure the DMS according to client-specific requirements including user roles, permissions, workflows, metadata structures, and document templates
  • Integrate the DMS with existing systems where required
  • Conduct system testing and resolve issues during deployment
  • Provide documentation and support for the deployment process
  • Train client personnel in the use and administration of the DMS
  • Assist with data migration and ensure accurate transfer of existing documents
  • Provide ongoing support and updates during the go live phase

Preferred Skills

Core Skills

Proven experience in deploying and configuring document management systems

Desirable Skills

Experience with scripting or automation tools for system configuration;  Knowledge of system security practices and access control;  Project management or consulting background is a strong advantage

Good to Have

Experience in legal technology and law firms
