Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure accurate documentation of business requirements
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project deliverables
  • Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and best practices
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest project management trends, tools, and methodologies to continually improve project processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills

Core Skills
Project Management, Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering and Documentation, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Change Management
Desirable Skills
Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Microsoft Project or similar tools
Good to Have
Experience with CRM or ERP systems, proficiency in JIRA or similar tools
