5+ years in operations, project management, or a similar role within IT/technical project environments

Location / Days

Office Based (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse project requirements from Consultants/Sales teams; consult with Technical Leads or Architects to verify feasibility and solutions
  • Prepare detailed estimates and quotes using internal systems; communicate these to consultants or sales teams for both small and large projects
  • Schedule and lead regular project status meetings with Project Managers and Technical Leads, verifying milestone achievements and identifying any deviations, risks, or delays
  • Assess and allocate resources as needed to keep projects on track, ensuring adequate team support and alignment with project goals
  • Compile and communicate project status reports to the broader Project Management team, providing transparency on project progress and any issues
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to address upcoming or current resource needs
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones to support invoicing targets, helping meet financial goals by keeping projects on schedule

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong project management and operational experience, ideally in IT or technical project environments
  • Proficiency with project estimation, quoting, and resource management tools
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and related technical requirements
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying risks, managing resources, and tracking project milestones.
