Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Xperate, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will lead the talent acquisition strategy, enhance employer branding, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the Company's goals and values
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
  • Collaborate with leads/managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Liaise with our UK team and help in enhancing employer branding through various channels and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire and conversion ratio from first round to second round
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring
  • Ensure percentage of candidates selected for second round from first round is above 40%
  • Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, if applicable

Technical Skills/Qualifications

Core Skills
Batchelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, high level of understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods,  excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and strong decision making and problem solving skills
Desirable Skills
Microsoft office suite, experience in social media recruitment
Good to Have
Interest in new technologies and software
