Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Xperate, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will lead the talent acquisition strategy, enhance employer branding, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the Company's goals and values
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
- Collaborate with leads/managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Liaise with our UK team and help in enhancing employer branding through various channels and initiatives
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire and conversion ratio from first round to second round
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring
- Ensure percentage of candidates selected for second round from first round is above 40%
- Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, if applicable
Technical Skills/Qualifications
Core Skills
|
Batchelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, high level of understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and strong decision making and problem solving skills |
Desirable Skills
|
Microsoft office suite, experience in social media recruitment |
