Key Responsibilities
- Participate in designing and executing test automation and performance testing strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement.
- Support the design and maintenance of test automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
- Integrate automated and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute manual and automated tests and report defects with clear documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality and performance are addressed early.
- Track and report quality and performance metrics such as defect density, response times, and error rates.
- Prepare test execution and performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with QA, development, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Continuously improve testing processes and adopt best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s /master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Ability to document, analyze, and troubleshoot defects effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to mentor junior team members and follow automation best practices.
Technical Skills
Core Skills |
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress) and C#, Python, or Java. SQL skills for data validation and backend testing. Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. |

JMeter or equivalent |
