Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic IT freshers who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience. As a Trainee Developer, candidates will get exposure to real-world projects, particularly working with the .NET framework, which is a core technology within our organization.
Successful candidates will initially be offered a 6-month internship, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the development team to design and maintain software using .NET technologies. • Assist in coding, testing, and debugging software components. • Participate in team discussions and project meetings. • Learn and apply best practices in software development, version control, and deployment. • Work on projects related to the legal technology domain.
Required Skills: • Basic programming knowledge. • Understanding of software development fundamentals. • Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Interest in working within the legal tech domain.
Additional Competencies: • Familiarity with SQL or database concepts is a plus. • Any prior academic exposure to software development will be advantageous.
