Celebrating Promotions
We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Mayur Narkhede, who has been promoted to Senior Software Developer. Mayur has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical skill, a strong commitment to quality, and a natural ability to lead and mentor others. His promotion reflects the significant impact he’s made, particularly in optimising system architecture and driving key feature development. His contributions have not only enhanced application performance but also supported the growth and success of the wider team. Congratulations, Mayur, on a well-earned promotion!
Director’s Special Awards 2025
The Director’s Special Awards are presented each year to individuals who have gone above and beyond in their roles, whether through innovation, collaboration, or exceptional dedication to our clients and colleagues.
This year, five outstanding team members were recognised:
Mayur was recognised for his dedication and perseverance during critical project phases. He stepped up when certain projects were off track, taking ownership and driving them toward successful recovery and delivery.
Sharavani played a key role in the successful delivery of the Red Squirrel project, co-leading critical modules like billing and supporting other areas to ensure timely execution. Her dedication and consistent contributions across multiple projects have made a significant impact.
Pranali has consistently demonstrated strong leadership by successfully delivering key projects such as the Compliance Dashboard and File Opening for a client and the ongoing Self-Billing initiative. Her ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously has had a significant positive impact on the team’s overall success.
Avinash received the Director’s Special Award for his key contributions to the Red Squirrel project. His commitment to timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and strong team support played a crucial role in the project's success and client satisfaction.
Jaykumar received the award for his exceptional contributions as Chief Technical Architect, consistently delivering innovative and efficient software solutions. His ability to architect, design, and develop systems across diverse technologies has significantly transformed client operations and outcomes.
Aditya has consistently demonstrated adaptability by successfully transitioning across diverse tech stacks and now leads the CMS module for one of our clients. His quick learning and impactful contributions have made him a standout performer on every project.
