Celebrating Women at Xperate: Recognising Achievements on International Women's Day

At Xperate, we are fortunate to have many inspiring women on our global team, and we’d like to take this opportunity to celebrate each and every one of them in recognition of International Women’s Day. This year the IWD theme is ‘Accelerate Action’.

We recently celebrated a round of promotions at our Pune office, where these talented women were all promoted to senior roles. Congratulations to:

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to Sofiya Samdole. Sofiya is one of the few developers at Xperate who leads a UK client-facing team. Recently, she delivered an impressive in-person presentation to the client’s Directors, providing clear and confident answers to all their questions. Both the client and her colleagues were thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and presentation skills. Congratulations, Sofiya!

Currently, we have 105 staff members in our Pune office, 33 of whom are women, making up 31.4% of our team. This percentage is higher than the typical representation of women in UK tech businesses (29%) and in India (30%).

In addition, two of our UK management team members, Hayley Burrey and Becky Patterson, have recently been promoted to Director of Sales - UK & Ireland, and Marketing & HR Manager, respectively.
