Directors announce winners of their annual Special Recognition Awards

Last week our CEO, Simon Hill and COO, Mark Garnish made their latest visit to our Pune office in India. One of the key reasons for travelling at least twice a year to Pune is for Simon and Mark to spend time with the team, strengthening existing bonds and establishing relationships with new team members.

The highlight of the visit is undoubtedly the Director’s Special Recognition Awards. At Xperate we pride ourselves on employing the very best talent in both India and the UK. The Director’s Special Recognition Awards are presented to team members who have shown either great innovation or creativity, gone the extra mile in supporting their team or colleagues and consistently displaying Xperate’s ethics and core values.

This year the Directors were delighted to award eight individuals with the Special Recognition Award. A huge congratulations from everyone at Xperate to the following award winners:

Aniket Salunke
Harshal Chougule
Jai kumar Sharma
Kiran Dashrath
Mayur Patil
Nikhil Polawar
Shubham Kadam
Sujeet Pawar

A special congratulations to Nikhil Polawar for winning an award for the second year running  - the only person so far to do so!

Nikhil Polawar
The awards presentation was followed by an evening of celebration containing great food, drinks and of course, plenty of dancing. A great time was had by everyone – huge thanks to Bharat Gidde for organising a superb event.
