Xperate’s Campus Recruitment Drive: July 2025

At Xperate, we believe in spotting potential early and helping it flourish. One of the ways we do that is through our annual campus recruitment drives, where we meet talented final-year students and offer internship opportunities that could be the first step in a rewarding tech career.

These visits usually span one to two days per college and are planned to be as fair, transparent, and structured as possible, ensuring every student gets a genuine opportunity to showcase their skills.

This year, 13 members of our team travelled together to visit two fantastic institutions in Kolhapur. On Day 1, we split into two groups so we could meet students at both colleges simultaneously. The day began with Pre-Placement Talks, where we introduced who we are, what we do, and what it’s like to work at Xperate.

At DKTE’s Textile & Engineering Institute in Ichalkaranji, our Operational Director, Nilay Deshpande, gave a brilliant talk covering Xperate’s journey, culture, and the kind of projects we work on.

Over at the Sharad Institute of Technology College of Engineering in Yadrav, Sayalee Pawar, our Talent Acquisition Manager, led the session. She gave students a clear picture of our work environment and the career growth we support.

A Well-Rounded Selection Process

Choosing the right people isn’t just about ticking boxes - it’s about understanding potential. Our selection process this year included:

• An Aptitude Test, with two sets of questions to assess problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Two rounds of face-to-face technical interviews for those who made it past the test.
• A final interview that combined technical questions with an HR round to get to know the candidates better.

College Highlights

We were genuinely thrilled to host this year’s drive at two respected colleges.

During our visit, Pranali Sande, a DKTE alumna now thriving at Xperate, shared her personal experience of joining the company and how she’s grown since.

Known for its strong academic foundation, Sharad Institute gave us a warm welcome. Rutuja Palkar and Aditya Kulkarni, both alumni and now part of our team, took a moment to speak to students about their own journeys with us and how Xperate has helped shape their professional lives.

Looking Ahead

At Xperate, we don’t hire to fill quotas. We hire based on ability, attitude, and ambition. Our focus is on creating a level playing field where every student has a chance to showcase what they can bring to the table.

We’re excited to share that, as a result of this year’s recruitment drive, we have extended offers to seven successful applicants. We look forward to welcoming them into the Xperate team after they complete their final exams, which take place later in 2025.
