Stuart Hatt Promoted to Director of Global Professional Services
Since Xperate's early days, Stuart has been instrumental in building and developing the company's professional services function. Through his leadership, he has helped establish a strong services team, expand Xperate's service offering and create the foundations for consistent, high-quality delivery across the business.
His deep understanding of customer requirements, commitment to collaboration and ability to support colleagues across multiple regions have strengthened client relationships and contributed to the successful scaling of Xperate's global professional services capability.
In his new role, Stuart will continue to lead the evolution of Xperate's services organisation, ensuring customers receive the expertise and support needed to maximise the value of their technology investments.
Mark Harman Promoted to Head of EMEA Operations
Since joining Xperate in early 2024, Mark has made a significant impact on a number of strategic operational initiatives. His work has helped shape the way projects are planned, scheduled, communicated, delivered and reported across the EMEA region.
Known for his energy, enthusiasm and commitment to leading by example, Mark has been a driving force in strengthening operational processes and supporting project teams to deliver successful outcomes for customers.
In his new role, Mark will continue to focus on operational excellence, helping ensure Xperate maintains the high standards of delivery and customer service that underpin its continued success.
Becky Patternson Takes on Business Operations Manager Role
Becky's title has changed to Business Operations Manager, reflecting her expanding responsibilities and continued impact across the organisation.
Becky plays a key role in supporting the business through her HR and Executive Assistant responsibilities, while also helping to drive operational coordination across teams.
Her extensive knowledge of Xperate, dependable approach and ability to work effectively with colleagues throughout the company help maintain momentum on key initiatives and ensure priorities continue to progress.
Day to day, Becky makes a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the business, helping teams stay aligned and supporting the processes that enable Xperate to operate efficiently as it continues to grow.
