At NetDocuments Inspire EMEA 2025, Dyson was named the winner of the EMEA Corporate Excellence Award. This award recognises a business that is transforming the way corporate legal teams operate using NetDocuments to streamline complexity, elevate compliance, and drive measurable business impact.

Dyson’s legal operations team has embraced technology to optimise legal operations at scale, enhance accuracy and efficiency, and build a connected, high-performing function that strengthens collaboration and supports better decision-making across the business.

Supporting Dyson’s transformation

Dyson engaged Xperate to implement and configure their NetDocuments environment, ensuring the platform was fully tailored to their structure, processes, and security requirements. Our work included designing and configuring users, groups, lookup tables, and a security model capable of supporting robust compliance and future growth.

A core element of the project was building an efficient email-filing solution within NetDocuments to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. We also introduced automation between HighQ and NetDocuments so that whenever a new case is created in HighQ, a corresponding workspace is generated automatically in NetDocuments. This ensures synchronisation between the two platforms.
