Three Technical Specialists join the Xperate team

You may have seen our recent news that we opened a brand new, shiny office in central Pune, India. This office can accommodate up to 50 staff so we are extremely delighted to add three more talented professionals to our growing team.

Kiran Dashrath – Technical Project Manager

Kiran worked for Infosys for over 15 years and brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise particularly as a Program Manager and Technical Lead, specialising in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and .Net technologies. In his spare time you’ll find Kiran with his nose in a good book!

Nilay Deshpande – Technical Project Manager

Nilay joins Xperate after working for over 14 years as a Technical Lead. Nilay has an unrivalled knowledge of all things technical having previously held roles including Senior Systems Engineer and Technical Analyst. He specialises in RPA, Agile and .Net but can usually turn his hand to just about anything. When he is not working Nilay loves to play and watch cricket which is a passion he shares with many of the Xperate team, both in the UK and India.

Prashant Kadtan– Technical Project Manager

Prashant is known for his vast knowledge and ability to resolve complex technical issues. For the last seven years Prashant has been working for EdgeVerve (an Infosys subsidiary) as a Product Integration Analyst. Prashant is a keen reader of fiction novels when he is not problem solving.
