Xperate Names Sofiya Samdole and Harshal Chougule as 2026 MVP Winners

Xperate is pleased to announce that Sofiya Samdole and Harshal Chougule have been selected as our MVPs for 2026.

The MVP award is presented annually to two members of our Pune team at Senior Developer level or below. It recognises colleagues who not only deliver excellent technical work, but who also demonstrate the behaviours and values that are central to Xperate’s culture: taking ownership, supporting colleagues, communicating openly, and keeping client outcomes at the heart of what they do.

This year’s nominations were exceptionally strong, with a number of colleagues rightly recognised for the contribution they have made. Following a review of the nominations submitted by senior leaders in Pune, the directors selected Sofiya and Harshal as this year’s winners.

Both have consistently shown an ability to take responsibility for complex projects, work directly and confidently with clients, and deliver high-quality outcomes without the need for escalation. They have built strong client relationships, identified opportunities for additional work, and demonstrated a level of judgement and maturity that stands out.
