Xperate Appoints Donna Broadley as General Manager to Lead Asia-Pacific Growth

Xperate is thrilled to announce a major milestone in our global expansion with the appointment of Donna Broadley as General Manager, Asia-Pacific, based in our Australian office.

Donna is a powerhouse in the SaaS and legal technology space, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience across Australia and New Zealand. She has held multiple senior executive roles, including serving as CEO, where she led large-scale operations, built and managed high-performing teams, and delivered complex technology implementations for law firms and corporate clients.

Her background includes leading enterprise-level rollouts across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing transformation projects, and building client success strategies that drive long-term growth.

With her deep sector knowledge and operational leadership, Donna is perfectly positioned to accelerate Xperate’s growth and strengthen our global presence.

Reuben Manning relocated to Melbourne in 2024 with a clear remit: to establish Xperate’s operations in the region and lay the foundations for a thriving local office. As Managing Consultant, Reuben has successfully built our initial infrastructure, led our first client engagements, and set the stage for long-term success. With these foundations firmly in place, Reuben will now oversee the transition of leadership to Donna Broadley, ensuring continuity and momentum, before returning to the UK in November to take on his next role within Xperate.
