Xperate Expands Team in North America in Response to Growth Plans

Xperate recently announced our expansion into the North American market with operations based in Toronto and Montreal now fully underway. This is an extremely exciting time for the business and we are looking forward to working with many new companies, helping transform their business to new heights.

In a previous article, we announced that Anand Ablack, President, North America would lead these operations. We’ve previously shared that Anthony Barile joined us as a Senior Solutions Consultant and today, we are pleased to welcome our two newest members of the Xperate team based in North America.

Virginio Basile, Senior Strategic Consultant

Virginio Basile joins the team as a Senior Strategic Consultant. Based in Montreal, Canada, Virginio will play a key role in the success of our North American operations.

His career began in the legal industry where he spent 15 years working in various positions within law firms. Virginio’s talent and dedication did not go unnoticed, as he steadily climbed the corporate ladder, eventually reaching the prestigious position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) in several law firms.

Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, Virginio made a bold transition into the high-tech and consulting business. This move allowed him to leverage his extensive legal industry knowledge while immersing himself in cutting-edge technologies and innovative business strategies.

For the past 15 years, Virginio has excelled as a Vice President of Services, where he has focused on building and leading high-performing consultant teams. He has been instrumental in designing and delivering tailored solutions to law firms, helping them navigate the complex and ever-evolving landscape of legal technology. Throughout this period, he has established himself as a trusted advisor in the legal tech profession.

Jimmy Kalavritinos, Senior Solutions Consultant

Jimmy Kalavritinos is an experienced individual who has dedicated his 25-year career to the dynamic world of legal technology. His journey in this sector began as a field technician, where he first developed his hands-on expertise with the tools and systems that power modern law firms. Over the years, Jimmy's curiosity and commitment to excellence propelled him through various roles, each building upon the last, until he reached his current position as a Senior Solutions Consultant.

Throughout his career, Jimmy has consistently demonstrated a passion for learning and mastering new technologies and software. This enthusiasm has always kept him at the forefront of industry trends. His ability to quickly adapt to and implement emerging technologies has often set him apart in a field where staying current is crucial.

His ongoing commitment to learning, combined with his collaborative spirit and client-focused approach will be extremely valued here at Xperate.
