Xperate has been shortlisted in two categories at the South Coast Tech & Innovation Awards 2026, securing finalist status for both 'High Growth Tech Company of the Year' and 'Tech Employer of the Year'.
Now in its seventh year, the South Coast Tech & Innovation Awards shine a spotlight on the region's most pioneering businesses, celebrating the organisations, individuals and teams driving innovation and technological advancement across the South Coast and beyond.
For Xperate, the recognition highlights both the company's continued growth and its commitment to creating an environment where people can thrive, collaborate and make a meaningful impact for customers around the world.
Although Xperate operates globally, the business is firmly rooted in Winchester, Hampshire. The South Coast is home to a vibrant technology community, with a rich heritage of innovation, entrepreneurship and forward-thinking businesses. Being recognised alongside some of the region's most exciting organisations is an achievement that reflects the dedication of the entire Xperate team.
The coming weeks promise to be an exciting time as finalists come together to celebrate the achievements of the South Coast's thriving technology sector. The Xperate team is looking forward to attending the Finalists' Drinks Reception on 1 October, ahead of the South Coast Tech & Innovation Awards ceremony on 15 October.
The black-tie awards evening will take place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour, bringing together technology leaders, innovators and businesses from across the region to recognise excellence and celebrate success.
