Xperate Pune Briefing Day Celebrates Growth, Talent and Achievement

Xperate recently brought its global leadership team together in Pune for a company-wide briefing day, led by Simon Hill (CEO), Mark Garnish (COO) and Bharat Gidde (CTO).

With Simon Hill and Mark Garnish travelling from the UK to join Bharat Gidde and the wider India team, the day provided an opportunity to align on strategy, reflect on progress and recognise the people driving Xperate forward.

Recognising outstanding contribution

A key moment of the day was the presentation of the Director’s Special Recognition Awards. These awards celebrate individuals who have gone above and beyond in their roles, demonstrating innovation, collaboration and a consistent commitment to delivering for clients and colleagues.

Investing in the next generation

Alongside recognising existing team members, Xperate also confirmed full-time roles for seven interns, who will now step into Software Developer positions.

This transition from trainee to full-time developer highlights the strength of Xperate’s development pipeline and its commitment to nurturing early careers.
