Rob Green has been recruited to  the role of Senior Technical Consultant in the UK. Boasting an impressive professional background, Rob brings with him more than two decades of experience in the Legal Tech domain, where he previously served as a QA Manager for a prominent PCMS provider. His extensive industry knowledge positions him as a valuable asset for Xperate, and his familiarity with many team members ensures a seamless integration into the company's culture.

Rob's career has been marked by a consistent ability to excel in troubleshooting technical issues and overcoming challenges. Known for his open and positive mindset, he approaches problems with a willingness to explore new possibilities and devise intricate yet effective solutions. His leadership experience extends to successfully guiding diverse teams, both onshore and offshore, across various products and software. This wealth of experience positions Rob as a key player in enhancing collaboration and providing technical expertise to clients at Xperate.

In addition to Rob's arrival, Xperate are delighted to welcome Komal Konde to the team in Pune, India. Joining as a Senior Software Developer, Komal specializes in C# and .Net technologies, showcasing a deep understanding of Azure and holding multiple Microsoft certifications in this discipline. Her expertise aligns perfectly with Xperate's commitment to fostering a skilled and diverse workforce, making her a valuable addition to the company.
