Xperate is delighted to announce the appointment of Ashleigh Kachel as our APAC Operations Manager, strengthening our leadership team as we continue to grow and expand our presence across the Asia-Pacific region.
Ashleigh joins Xperate with extensive experience in operational leadership, business support, process improvement, and software delivery. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong track record of driving operational excellence and supporting high-performing teams within fast-paced technology environments.
Most recently, Ashleigh worked with Humanforce, following several successful years at LEAP Legal Software, where she held a variety of roles across the business. Her background in practice management systems (PMS), legal technology, and software development has provided her with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to optimise processes, improve efficiencies, and support scalable growth.
In her role as APAC Operations Manager, Ashleigh will work closely with teams across Xperate to strengthen operational foundations, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the business continues to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and partners throughout the region.
