As Xperate continues to grow across global markets, our UK team is expanding to meet the increasing demand for our services. We’re pleased to welcome Michelle Smith and Sam Catchpole-Radford, who both bring deep expertise and a passion for helping clients achieve meaningful results through technology.

Meet Michelle Smith - Senior Sales Consultant, EMEA

With more than 16 years’ experience in the legal technology sector, Michelle has built a diverse career spanning roles in training, client success and sales consultancy. Her journey began with over a decade in criminal defence, where she served as an Office Manager before qualifying as both a Police Station Representative and Crown Court Clerk.

Michelle is passionate about helping law firms unlock the full potential of their technology. She brings a consultative, relationship-led approach, guiding clients from initial conversations through implementation and beyond, to ensure long-term success and measurable impact.

Having worked in a range of different firms, Michelle has a deep understanding of the practical challenges that come with digital change. Her strong grasp of law firm operations and focus on real-world results make her a trusted partner in every transformation project.

Meet Sam Catchpole-Radford - DMS Solutions Consultant

Sam joins Xperate with more than five years’ experience in data migration and implementation consultancy, including two years focused on the legal technology space. He combines strong technical expertise with a practical, problem-solving mindset, helping clients translate complex requirements into seamless, successful outcomes.

Driven by a deep interest in technology, programming and software, Sam is passionate about designing solutions that work intuitively for users. His technical insight and analytical approach ensure every project delivers both immediate value and lasting impact.

Known for his attention to detail and collaborative style, Sam has supported a wide range of implementation projects. He takes pride in ensuring each solution not only meets technical requirements but also enhances user experience and supports long-term productivity.
