Xperate was founded back in October 2021 with just two employees, Simon Hill and Mark Garnish. The Company has continued to grow and strengthen, month on month. Xperate now employs over 70 staff across our two offices, with the majority based in Pune, India. Despite opening a new office only last year, the team in Pune has grown so quickly that when the opportunity arose to acquire an additional office on the same floor, we grabbed the chance to expand and provide a space that inspired and energised the team.
Modern Features
Earlier this week, some of the team moved into the new office space which has been completely re-fitted to a high specification. The re-fit was overseen by Bharat Gidde, Chief Technical Officer, and included new desks that have been configured into better collaborative spaces. The latest lighting his been installed overhead, along with some LED lights on the floor to give an atmospheric, relaxed feel in the evening. This is complimented by floor to ceiling windows to allow natural light to flood in. Plants and shrubs have been brought in to improve creativity, lower stress and re-energise. With the increased space we can now provide a breakout room where the team can enjoy lunch together, something that is important in Indian culture.
Capacity for additional growth
We are really pleased with the outcome and although we are still moving in, the team already feel very settled. The addition of this new office space now allows for approximately 100 staff across the entire floor . Hopefully this will be big enough for the next few months at least…..
